Who called me from this phone number (678) 279-3604

I received a call from this number they asked was this H.G. they stated my name, I replied yes, they hung up, I tried to return the call, the line was busy. I didn't like that, for I was Leary of them trying to say later I said Yes to something other than my name. It should be a free way to block these types of calls from your cell phone.
