Who called me from this phone number (669) 281-4698

Got multiple calls from numbers close to my cell phone #. Was a recording telling me that I had suspicious activity on my Amazon account. When I pressed 1 for a representative he told me to download an app and when I told him I was going to just contact Amazon directly and investigate he got very rude asking me if I was going to call the FBI and then he kept telling me to shut up. I asked him what # I could call him or somebody back at he gave me 669-281-4698
