Who called me from this phone number (669) 257-7886

A person by the name of Jon Lee wanted a $150 gobank master card prepaid for security deposit for a loan of $25,000 that I sign up for. And eith my Gobank i have never sign up for a loan of $25,000. And I called notify my bank. My Gobank said that it is not Gobank. Who ever called is a fraud.
