Who called me from this phone number (669) 231-1916

Caller claiming there was criminal information against me in the State of Texas and asking me to verify information, starting with my birthdate. I refused to give it out, but they had my name, full address, and told me my birthdate. I told them if they wanted information from me for alleged criminal activity using my SSN to send me a letter, they had my address, and state their complaint. The person ended the call.
