Who called me from this phone number (661) 759-8001

Asked if I wanted to sell my house. I don’t usually answer unknown caller numbers, but this number came up on both mine and my husband’s phones.

They called me from this number wanting to buy my house. They even knew my name! Since when did they start doing phone solicitations to buy your house?
