Who called me from this phone number (661) 451-7587

My phone call screener caught it but the message was "calling to inform you that your power will get disconnected for today due to a pending balance on the account please call the direct billing department number at 844-342-7460". Electric bill is not overdue....this is most likely a scam trying to get personal bank info out of someone.
