I received a call from Sam William. Uploaded Any Desk remote access software under theguise that he needs to send a form to have Norton removed from the computer. This comes after an email 60 days prior explaining that COMCAST was removing free Norton service from account at the turn of the 2020 year end. After they load Any Desk software they asked me to access my bank account while online so I can verify the $299.00 refund from them. This was to give them access to my bank account. Big scam to access your banking.
