Who called me from this phone number (661) 403-0735

This outfit is an Auto Warranty bunch. I have a leased car and they are calling about the previous leased car??? Needless to say right now I'm under factory warranty, so not needed anyway. I have on my T-mobile service a function for blocking potential spam and it works, but they litterally have called today 5 or 6 times? I called it back to find out the above and press one to opt out, which I did but have done it before.
