Who called me from this phone number (660) 312-0160

The caller was a human however asked me a question seeking an affirmative response, when not provided they hung up. This is most likely some sort of marketing scam. When I called the number back, the outgoing message states they have a customer service department but they never send you there, just keep bouncing you around. The lesson learned, if you don't recognize the number, don't answer the call. If something is important, they will leave a voice mail message.
