Saying this is 2nd attempt to contact us regarding someone who has used our SSnumber etc. No one has ever contacted us about this.
Claimed to be Spectrum. Used unprofessional language/tone "just want to contact some of you guys" (Spectrum customers?) I asked for his employee ID number. "What's that?" "It's 3x something..I don't really know". I just hung up.
Someone from this # called about a week ago and several times prior to that..asking to speak to the head of the household, and luckily my husband answered the phone and pretty much shut them down by telling them to remove us from their calling list and never call again. So far so good....no calls since, but we have no idea what type of company or scam it was.....it was just annoying.
