We have had this idiot call us NUMEROUS times, our salon is in MN. Same thing as the above comments. He’s very pushy and wants someone to cut all his wife’s hair off. Hang up. Block.
Omgee…he called me twice this week, and pretty sure he called me a few years ago too. Creepy vibes, same exact scenario, want wife’s hair cut short even if that’s not what she wants, wants stylists that “takes charge”. Ewww.
Same type of call today. Wants to talk to a take charge stylist. Very creepy! Hang up if he calls - he's a serial salon harasser.

Just happened to us in MN. We've had similiar calls so when the manager learned the stylist had a guy asking her questions for 10 min straight, she told her to hang up.

Just got this same call in PA. The same exact scenario as all above mentioned. Told him we need a consultation first and he said let me get my schedule together and will call back.
Wth! Just got this call and asked if I was excited to do a make over from Long to short hair and some color. He then says I'll get some pictures and call you back.
Got a call asking if I would be excited about doing a transformation cut and color and brows and makeup for a ‘straight male’ who wanted to surprise or shock his wife and family. Wanted to consult about the most girly style possible. Asked if I could leave a voicemail or do a video so he could prove to his wife he was serious that he was gonna do it. Said he’d pay me for my time tmrw and for the 6 hours it might take to do it all in a couple weeks. Said he’d pay in advance. I Felt supportive at first and I enjoy art and a free pallet. But after him saying things over and over about “how much of a thrill I would get” “cutting his hair like a girl” I got a weird feeling. And looked up the number. Said his name was John and wife sue.
Yessss! Got him today. He’s very pushy asking specifically for stylist to describe what they would do for him and wanting detail. Have dealt with this kind of creep before. Tell him nothing.
Received a call at our salon - twice now, freaked my poor coworker out and when she handed him off to the manager (ie me) repeated the same things but asked to speak with a stylist over the phone. We offer in person consultations, once I mentioned that to him - radio silence. Beware picking up this number!! He will call back repeatedly!
Just got this phone call. Swear it’s the same guy each time. Talking about his wife who has high cheekbones and hides behind her hair and he wants her to get a cut, a very short cut even if she doesn’t want it. He kept emphasizing he wanted a super outgoing stylist. Told him I can take his name and number and get back to him since he wanted to talk to a stylist. Of course he left nothing. He sounded friendly and harmless but my spidey senses say otherwise.
Do not answer this number! Asks questions about what you would do with his hair and how excited it makes you. Wants a really femme look and wants to know how excited that makes you to do that on him.
He was being manipulative and perverted when he called our salon in Minneapolis. Asking what I would do to him if I were to cut his hair and repeating that he had hair like a woman. Disgusting.

1/6/22 Called MS salon asking to call his wife as a prank and let her know what kind of cut I would give him. He then began to ask very aggressively if i watched youtube videos of large haircuts where they ponytail the sections and cut it off. "on a scale of 1-10 how excited are you to do this to me?". I was offered a 40$ tip to call his wife.
CREEPY. Has to be getting off on talking about hair. Called our salon in SC saying he’d be coming into town in a few weeks and wanted a “femme type” haircut. Kept asking “what would you do to my hair?” Wanted us to cut his hair off and send it to his wife and leave her a voicemail about it.
Received a call today. Said he would give a $30 tip. Asked very strange questions.
