Who called me from this phone number (651) 435-8020

Continue to have this number call me and "Scam Likely" shows up on the caller ID- so naturally I don't answer. They called me 3 times in a 10 minute period and over multiple days. I have now blocked the number on my phone. Never answered- so unsure of subject/nature of the call
