Who called me from this phone number (651) 404-2924

Posing as a debt collector for Paypal. Said I owed them money for a Paypal debt from 12/2020. Said they sent me a letter in 12/2020. No contact other than today, and NO contact from Paypal about this fraudulent debt collection
