Who called me from this phone number (651) 383-8280

I keep getting calls from #651/838-8280. The call has been identified as Spam. It most definitely is a scam caller. Be aware. Called the number and was treated very badly. When I asked questions, they got angry and hung up on me. Just wanted me to send them money on an account that wasn't mine!
