Who called me from this phone number (651) 376-3676

I got a call from many scam callers, all of them had the same closing times. But I am very suspicious of 1 number: 651-376-3474. This number is supposedly from red wing minnesota, they claim to be the #1 phone business. Is this a scam, or not?
