If they have personally identifiable information about your health insurance company, it sounds like UHC or some other entity that has the personal data has been compromised. Service provider? The CDC and local health department would have Covid immunization data.

SCAM CALL DEMANDING MONEY FOR COVID-19
I just got a call from this number and they even mentioned my husband's company he works for (where our insurance is with) and it freaked me out.
(651) 273-0795 has been calling repeatedly and leaving messages claiming to be United Healthcare, our health insurance company. They knew a family member had just had major surgery and claimed they had very important info about our benefits. Left messages to call (855) 318-7347 OR the number on the back of our insurance card. That last part is supposed to make them seem legit. They are NOT. We called United Healthcare and were that these numbers are NOT theirs and they have NOT been trying to contact us.

Calls every day multiple times. Her name is Anna and has a foreign accent like from India. It has been going on for weeks. I hate these people. I keep blocking but number keeps changing slightly. We have stopped answering the phone months ago because of telemarketers.

United healthcare-Robocall. I have gotten at least 50 of these, one at 4am. My infant was 4 months at the time. Woke both my husband and I....when we had just gotten to sleep a half hour before. I just received another one today...how do I make it stop??? ????????
