Who called me from this phone number (651) 240-5483

Received call from'Alex' who is with 'a real estate company' asking if I was the owner of my house and she rattled off my address. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list so I don't understand why real estate people can call to see if I want to sell my house. I'm tired of these phone calls.
