Who called me from this phone number (650) 823-2489

Got a call from 650-823-2489...it showed up spam risk but I picked anyway since it looked like a local call. It appeared to be a fraud charge warning. Connected to a live person -- who asked if a charge was made to my Amazon card in a different city. I said No. and that was the end of the call -- which seemed suspiscious. Not sure if there was some info picked up as a result of me picking up the call. Hope not. Beware of a call from this number.
