This guy is a THIEF! His name is Oscar. He speaks limited English. He claims to be a Door Dasher in Central Virginia. He stole a $100 order of food he was supposed to deliver to us. We never received it, and the restaurant confirmed that he took the food. He's been reported to Door Dash, the restaurant, and the police.
