Who called me from this phone number (650) 517-7504

I have been harassed by this company for over a year. They tell me that my Edison Electric account qualifies me for savings. Problem is, I've never lived in California, never owned property in California, never even had an Edison Electric account! Every single call I explain they have the wrong number and ask to be put on their do not call list and I am assured that I have been. But it never happens. Pretty soon I'll get another call from them and go through the whole thing all over again and they'll assure me they won't call me again. It's been over a year and I've gone through this process at least 10 times to no avail. I'm pretty sick of it!!!
