This number calls over and over on an almost daily basis. I've been on the "do not call list" since 2018, but still seem to get dozens of calls like this throughout the week...

“Scam Likely” I got 3 calls from this person in one week. No voicemail. I blocked the number. Now I’m getting calls from Inglewood, Diamond Bar, Texas, Anaheim, Santa Ana. I looked up a few of the numbers; Whoever Richard Oats & Victor Martinez are, please stop.
