Paul Harris called and represented himself as an employee of Microsoft. He said that had reports that my computer was infected with viruses. I told him I was not interested and he called back. He tried informing me of his diagnosis of my computer's problems and said he would have a technician repair the problem at a cost of $199 for 1 year's protection/service, $299 for 2 years, and $399 for 3 years. I told I had family members who could fix the repair and was not interested in their service. I hung up and he called back. I told him I would report him and his company to our state's attorney general's office.
