They keep calling even after you ask them to stop. Please stop these annoying calls

keep getting these calls no message, if you pick up asks to speak with John Fischer... I've told them I've had this number for 25 years, I do not know a John Fischer and have threaten repeatedly that I am reporting them... that works for about two months
I was called by this # 3 times alone yesterday - I either missed or rejected the calls so I don't know who or what they claim to be
