Who called me from this phone number (631) 627-6868

Claimed to be business talk radio. Monte Simmons claimed my business was going to get a free time slot on radio interview but then the number he provided no one ever answers the phone #s 631-627-6868 or 631-741-4078 AND no one responded to the emails I sent. Then out of clear blue sky someone named Maxwell called few months later and tried their scam again. Played their game.
