Nissan Extended Warranty sales - Initial post it for Terry night, finance department for weekly approve any better training on how to speak to potential customers.. initial person was nice, finance department was completely rude and needs better training on how to speak to potential customers. I told the guy that I felt he was being rude to me and he told me that “I don’t sugar coat anything and you better wash off ur face and live in the real world”. Excuse me? And they make a living doing this??
