Vm at 1am stating there was a missing person. Gave a description but no location. I saw the message and thought something happened to one of my kids! Blocking the number.

My 82 year old mother recieved the call, said it was a woman from the police department notifying her there was a 6ft tall African American on the run in our neighborhood. This was at 12:30 in the morning
