Repeated calls from this number to my private cell, not tied to any financial acct. Answered accidentally after many rejections one day; a man w/a HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT said "Hi, Chris. This is your friend from Allstate." Told him there was NO 'Chris' at this number and we did not use Allstate. He just LAUGHED but did not hang up, nor say he had a wrong number: just HUNG there. I told him to STOP calling, and he LAUGHED again. Then I told him, that if he did not, I would REPORT this # to the FCC. He said, Oh, No, No, No, No." but still did not hang up. *I* had to hang up to break the call. NEVER did he say his name, nor ask for mine.

TWO MORE calls from this number over the last few months to a PRIVATE cell that is NOT tied to ANY financial accts. I have NO relationship with ALLSTATE, nor have I ever in the past. I am NOT even in the SAME STATE as this number/entity, so would have NO REASON to be communicating with them. BUT they will not stop calling, and I have no capacity to block these calls on my phone.
