Who called me from this phone number (630) 608-4667

Caller said they were Debby Garner, Emp ID 022318, from Nicor Gas. Since we were not receiving government assistance they would discount our bill by 30% for 1 year starting on 9/16/2021. When she asked for my account number, I hung up.
