Caller says that her name is Hanah and she is on a recorded line. Have received on different numbers. Usually I hang up when it starts but usually it goes silent beforehand. Today it sounded like it was going longer but hung up before at the usual spot.

continuous calls. Phone shows the call is coming from Glen Ellyn, IL. If you answer someone says she is Leslie, a home owner's associate on a recorded line and then goes silent.
