Who called me from this phone number (630) 335-8323

I called these numbers back. One time called 630-335-8323 and he answers "Hello my name is Liam." Called back 630-335-8242 and the same guy answers ' Hello this is Jeremy." There are 8 numbers from which he called me about a Medicaid program he is selling. Can't we press charges on this guy?
