I have caller ID, this number has been calling me many times & I don't answer calls if I don't know the number, but due to me having to get a secondary health insurance, I've had to start answering my phone. But, this time today, when I picked up phone, I didn't say a word, few seconds later, a lady says, "hello, anyone there?" She had broken English. I said, "Hello." She then asked me how I was doing & asked her who she was, she said she was Medicare & then right away, I told her that Medicare doesn't call you phony asshole & I hung up.
