These people, Portfolio Revovery, will use every tactic to get you on the phone. Send a cease and desist letter to their headquarters at: Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC 120 Corporate Boulevard Norfolk, VA 23502 Send said letter certified, so that they cannot claim that you never sent them anything.
