Who called me from this phone number (626) 890-4168

They are claiming to be part of Panda security. One guy calls himself (Jack Williams). They speak in an accent I cannot identify. I got an earlier call from 855-906-7666 from a man with an Aussie accent. When I called them on the scam and said I had reported them and would be reporting this number, they tried the "Oh, we are calling to investigate the scam." Sigh... these are not bright people, but beware.
