I got call from phone number, twice, one right after the other. By the looks above in comments I am not the only one. Glad I did not even attempt to answer or check voicemail.

It is not a scam. It is a legit call. I ordered something off Amazon, it was coming via freight company. Freight Company called me through this Amazon number and left message to set up delivery time and their local number. I called their local number and set up a delivery time. Item delivered no issues. So basically, this is an Amazon number used to contact buyers when needed.

I received a call from this number today, from a woman named "Vahl" claiming to be with Good Deals Y'all, the Amazon vendor I filed negative feedback with. She asked me to change my feedback. The reason for my negative feedback in the first place was because this company sold me an item online and then bought it from Macys.com and shipped it to me as a "gift". The billing name and address was from a woman in New Jersey. I'm not sure if she was the woman who placed the order, or if her information was used to commit identity theft to place the fraudulent order. It's all very sketchy and I've notified both Macys and Amazon. They are investigating the matter.
