couldn't understand a thing the person was saying because of his heavy accent and all the background noise (sounds like he was calling from outside on a busy street). indicated he wanted to send me something. told him not to send me anything and don't call again.
Called back 6x even after asking them to stop.
received from a Peter smith saying he was from RBN, but talked so fast and couldn't understand him. Could hear in the background others with the same accent and talking fast.

This number has been calling our office for a few months now asking for someone who has nothing to do with sales which this seems to be. She has asked him to stop calling. I have told him to stop calling. He told me he would not stop calling and when I told him I'd report him he hung up, guess what? He called again today.
