Who called me from this phone number (623) 687-3917

Got a call and when I answered they asked if for my uncle and said that they were with the legal department and stated that he had 2 hours to call another number back with a case number they provided or they would dispatch an office to his address on file. When my uncle called the number he has not been able to get through.
