Who called me from this phone number (623) 469-4587

This number called my office asking for me. When our receptionist asked for the number, she was rudely told that "you have caller ID, right? Can't you just look at that?". That's rude for anyone, especially considering our receptionist has a sight impairment. Additionally, they couldn't say their name well enough for it to be caught by anyone (seemed intentional).
