They call me about 6 times a day when I answer they hangup. I just spent the last hour trying to get to a supervisor to tell them to stop calling me. I blocked the number on my phone, but they have been calling from other numbers as well. What is this place? I havnt requested anything its really annoying. P.s. they told me I had to prequalify before i could speak with a supervisor. NOPE SCREW THAY.
Called me claiming after reviewing my file I had been pre-approved for student loan reduction and when they ask for my name I responded you called me so if you can tell me my name then we'll go further with this conversationh since you have my file in front of you and they hung up on me
Claimed they were “student servicesâ€.... offer to reduce student loan payments... didn’t even know their own number... ended up hanging up on me
