The # 632-308-8000 is showing up on my calls to others
left vague voicemail with reference #. and said they were calling from my bank, called back but could not pull up info with the reference #
623-308-8000 is a legit caller ID number for the fraud prevention vendor used by many credit unions. Their voicemail should have a case reference number and 888-918-7313 callback. As always, caller ID can be spoofed, so never provide your account numbers, etc. But *do* call them back with the case number so they can verify if the unusual credit card transactions were legit or not. If you're uncomfortable calling 888-918-7313, call the number on the back of your card instead, and tell them you got a voicemail from the fraud prevention department and they can verify.
