The caller with a horrible accent started into a script about telephone systems and I started to explain that our business just purchased a new phone system, but she abruptly said SHUT UP and hung up. The number may say Phoenix, but my guess is the Philippines or possibly a call center based in India. Either way they are not worth your time.
