Who called me from this phone number (623) 295-0692

This person sent a text to my husbands phone, there is no connection between my husbands private work phone and our house. I tried calling to find out why and how they had his work phone and it said it wasn't a working number. But Ryan sent the text message. We are including my husbands work phone are on the DO NOT Call list.
