I believe this WAS (past tense) CVS Caremark. That's the way it showed up for me, and I always edit the caller id on my phone. I didn't pick up, but called back and got "This number is not in service". So, CVS abandoned the number and someone knows that and is using it.
I’d said Healthcare so I answered. Silence.
They claim to be CVS Caremark pharmacy .
