Who called me from this phone number (620) 750-2034

I answered call. There was nothing about 5 seconds (seemed longer). Then a recording came on saying they could reduce my student lone payments. I don't have any student loans. There is no way to opt out of their call list. If there is, they usually throw it in really fast somewhere near the end of the original offer,or statement.
