This same man calls my cell constantly and asks "is edward there" to which I advise you have the wrong number. He then says well maybe you can help me, and proceeds to solicit money for police officers or other scam he is running. Using the "wrong number" gets him (so he thinks) past the "do not call list" violation, not to mention the cell phone solicitation violation. I've had it I'm reporting him to the feds.
