Who called me from this phone number (618) 717-3188

Almost every day ( for years now ) we get local number calls that we do not know and when we call them back ( we never answer them now due to usual scam calls ) they are almost always ( like this number ) disconnected numbers that were spoofed by the call center criminal scam callers .
