Automated voice says they've charged my Apple Account $1,243 and want me to select 1 if I didn't make any charges. I don't have an Apple Account

Calls MANY times daily. Automated voice says they're charging several hundred $ to my account for next 2 yrs internet service. Don't identify what company they represent.
