618-619-5258, ALTON, IL, AT 4:17PM, DECEMBER 31, 2018, NO MESSAGE LEFT, HOWEVER, PROMPT WAS INCOHERENT IN SPEAKING WHEN CALLING IN, THEN A PAUSE & BUSY SIGNAL BEFORE THEY HUNG UP! I DID NOT PICK UP, AS I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND, NOR KNOW WHO WAS CALLING MY PHONE #? It's terrible that these scammers are able to manipulate the air-waves by spoofing, or randomly using other numbers to make their multitude of calls to unsuspecting victims whose rights are being violated daily! What are our government agencies doing to protect the citizens from these fraudulent scam artists, harassing sociopathic criminals? To date, I've reported harassing telephone calls to the FTC/FCC, "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY," LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, & OTHERS, TO NO AVAIL!!! Your expedient response & attention in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
