Said they were with Degree Transfer? Coped an attitude with me when I asked her to repeat their name, she had a heavy foreign accent. She wanted to help me with college transfer, I graduated college in 1991, so I hung up on her. No call back.

They’ve called me 3 times so far, I don’t know if their legit but they really don’t seem like they are. They keep talking about my future in college and I was like "I’d prefer to talk to my guidance counselor" The signal is really poor and the speaker allways has a very heavy accent. And every time I asked what organization they were with they avoided the question And they also knew my name And one time I was like "I don’t really want to talk to you cuz this feels like a scam" And they were like "I know your really scared but…" And I just thought that was such a weird way to put it, annoyed? Yes. Scared, no. Any way called me a third time asked my name I was like "yes?" And then they hung up.
