Got a call from this number which is local to my area. Answered and hear scuffling but no one spoke. They hung up after 7 seconds.

Left nothing but sound on a voicemail. Many sites listing number as Level 3 and don’t answer. Comes in as Line 10 vs 7 I usually get. When I called back it’s constant busy signal.
Answered and they said my name after I said it and then nothing. Who the hell are these assholes? Disconnected and line busy. Complete distraction. These people are idiots and belong in underground caves with just bread and water.
