Who called me from this phone number (617) 716-5316

Called twice in 1.5 hours. I picked up after one ring and said nothing thinking it was a voice-activated call. It took awhile before they hung up on the first call. The second call, they hung up pretty quickly which makes me think it may be a scamming human.
